TOLERANCE PARADOX is the debut album from ONE DIMENSIONAL CREATURES. Featuring 9 singles and 5 unreleased tracks, it showcases the band's diverse sound. The album is a snapshot of recent political unrest, each track wrestles with the chaos of modern tolerance in a world that's anything but. Fuelled by moral anger it takes aim at issues of wrongful wars, addiction, inequality, neoliberalism, and the racist bigotry surrounding immigration. The record is a sonic rebellion to a world controlled by rich parasites. Distorted heavy guitars and booming bass juxtapose the melodic vocals with background shouts that give a feel of a street protest. It's a distorted manifesto unapologetically calling for the end of capitalism and inequality. Think punk fury with a philosopher's edge, grunge grit soaked in post-punk paranoia, a thinking person's album. It's loud, it's raw, it's smart, it's unapologetically alive.
To celebrate the launch of their debut album One Dimensional Creatures will be releasing an individually numbered limited run of 200 heavyweight 180g, red vinyl records. Including a black poly-lined inner sleeve, and lyrics with liner notes & a band photo on a double sided insert. They'll also be releasing an individually numbered limited run of 50 CDs with reversable front covers. Both the vinyl record and the CD come with download codes to download the digital version of the album for free.
