PRESS RELEASE - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 'Tolerance Paradox' — The Debut Album by One Dimensional Creatures — OUT NOW
7th November 2025
Oldham, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom — 7th November 2025:
One Dimensional Creatures proudly announce the official release of their blistering 14 track
debut album, Tolerance Paradox, available now on vinyl, CD, digital download, and all major
streaming platforms.
A searing fusion of alternative punk rock, post punk, and grunge,
Tolerance Paradox delivers a raw, uncompromising critique of the neoliberal machine —
tackling wrongful wars, addiction, inequality, immigration, and the hollow promises of
late stage capitalism. Distorted, fuzz soaked guitars tear through booming basslines,
while melodic vocals and furious background shouts evoke the urgency of a street protest.
The album is loud, political, and unapologetically alive.
The record has already begun turning heads in the UK underground press.
RGM Magazine praised the band's “ferocious energy and sharp political bite,”
while Destroyed By Madness described the album as “a blistering debut that
refuses to sit quietly in the corner.”
Tolerance Paradox will be available on:
-
Numbered Limited Run 150g Red Vinyl LP - £25 (200 only)
-
Numbered Limited Run CD - £10 (50 only)
-
Digital Download - £8
-
All Major Streaming Platforms
Vinyl is available from the Official Band Website, Bandcamp, Piccadilly Records (Manchester), Norman Records, Vinyl Resting Place (Afflecks Palace, Manchester), Fat Fingers Wine & Vinyl (Todmorden), and Dr Kershaw's Furniture Hub (Royton).
Lead singer and guitarist, Ste Wilson says:
“We've been crafting these tracks over the past few years,
fuelled by the political hellscape we're all stuck in — one that keeps getting
dressed up but never truly changes. Tolerance Paradox is our way of pushing
back, of adding our voice to the fight for real equality and justice, it's
our refusal to stay quiet while everything burns”.
The band held a packed and chaotic Halloween launch party where fans were able to
purchase the album early. They will also be performing an acoustic set and listening
to the vinyl in full at Fat Fingers Wine & Vinyl in Todmorden on Sunday 16th November
2025.
